The Northern Nevada Multi-Housing Association was
developed as a non-profit 501 (c)(6) organization
representing owners, managers, landlords,
developers, investors and vendors in Northern
Nevada. The NNMHA serves the multi-housing industry by providing a forum that monitors government affairs through our non-paid lobbyist for legislative representation on the local and state level. Monitoring Licensing Issues, Landlord Tenant Law and Environmental Issues that are constantly changing throughout Northern Nevada. The NNMHA offers industry specific education that fosters positive public relations and addresses many other operational concerns.
Through membership you'll become part of a network of committed industry professionals. The NNMHAs'
continuing education and professional development
programs will keep you updated on legal and
(regulatory) information, publications on industry
trends, property management and marketing strategies.
